We originally booked our wedding for 2020 but it was cancelled due to covid. The whole way through the rebooking process the staff particularly Tami couldn’t have been more helpful. As the bride, I stayed the night before the wedding and wedding night and from the moment I arrived, it was a pleasure. Everything was organised, on time, and every single member of staff were happy to go above and beyond to make sure our special day went off without any issue. On the day, Tami was on annual leave and we were left with Ciaran who was an absolute delight, making sure everyone was alright, everything was on time and he couldn’t have done anymore for us. Every single person who attended said how great the staff were, how fabulous the food was and the hotel in general. We had Alex, Morgan, Tilly, Abi and Tasha serving us on the day who were absolutely brilliant. We never had to wait for a drink or a meal and they served everything with a smile on their face. We couldn’t recommend The Mandalay anymore & we are so glad we picked it for our special day.
