We just wanted to say a huge thank you to the whole team at The Mandalay Hotel for making our wedding day so special. We had an amazing day and all of our guests commented on how lovely both the venue and staff were.
Thank you in particular to Charlotte the Senior Events Coordinator for helping to put together such a fabulous wedding reception at short notice. You did a wonderful job, the room looked gorgeous & certainly gave our guests the ‘wow’ factor.
Also, we would like to say a special thank you to the excellent Banqueting Manager for ensuring our day went so smoothly. His attention to detail & friendly manner helped to created a lovely atmosphere. He really was fantastic & we are beyond grateful for his kindness & professionalism.
The entire room was laid out beautifully, the food tasted amazing & the service provided was exceptional. All of the staff were polite & attentive, so please pass on our thanks to all of the team. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone thinking about celebrating their wedding in the heart of Guildford.
We look forward to visiting The Mandalay Hotel again.
